OUR SPACES  |  01

Our historic estate features an exquisite, Georgian-style mansion at its core. Floriana sets the scene for your event with the unique ability – unlike any other venue in the area – to comfortably seat up to 200 guests indoors in the Ballroom. Set at the back of a long drive and nestled amongst lush arbor and greenery, the estate boasts plenty of privacy. The vintage architectural detailing throughout the interior of the mansion offers richness, beauty, and character. Its gleaming hardwood floors, sparkling crystal chandeliers, three grand fireplaces, and charming French doors that overlook the gardens create an atmosphere of elegance.

The SCULPTED GARDENS

Cocktail receptions are elegantly hosted amongst the Sculpted Gardens. Complete with an outdoor bar and cozy fire pits, amongst the greenery is a beautiful gathering place for guests.

THE SAILCLOTH Tent

For larger gatherings, May through October, hosts can add the use of our Tidewater Sailcloth Tent, under which 220 guests can comfortably be seated for an evening of dinner and dancing.

  • DO YOU OFFER SITE VISITS?
    Yes! Tours can be scheduled with one of our sales managers. Contact our team at sales@florianaipswich.com.
  • CAN YOU EXPLAIN THE CAPACITY OF YOUR SPACES?
    For those hosting an event with a seated meal and a dance floor in our Ballroom, our maximum capacity is 200 guests. Indoor ceremonies can be accommodated for events with 140 guests or less. For events with more than 140, we recommend the months of May-October where our Tent can be used as a rain plan for ceremonies with larger guest counts. In the case of good weather, from May- October, outdoor ceremonies can be hosted in our sculpted gardens, or lower lawn. For those hosting an event with a seated meal with or without a dancefloor, in our Tent our maximum capacity is 235 guests. For those hosting a cocktail style event our maximum capacity is 235 guests either under the tent or in the ballroom.
  • WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR PRICING AND PACKAGES?

  • CAN I BRING IN MY OWN CATERER?
    Floriana enjoys an exclusive partnership with Vinwood Catering. Upon approval, exceptions can be made in the instance of religious or dietary restrictions.
  • CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?
    In accordance with our liquor license, no alcohol may be brought on the property or removed. Floriana offers an abundant selection of bar services, beer, wine and spirits for you to choose from!
  • HOW LATE CAN MY EVENT GO?
    When hosting reception outside under the tent, all events must conclude by 10:30pm. Events held inside our mansion ballroom must conclude by 11:00pm.
  • CAN I GET READY ON-SITE?
    Yes, our couples enjoy use of our expansive prep suites for hair, makeup and celebrating before their big day. The earliest arrival to the suites is 9:00AM. Additional fees may apply.
